  My first year filing taxes in America, Liberty Tax at Marion really did it. They screwed everything up and i had to pay federal and state for nearly $4000 and they charge me for their services for $420. When they realized they did my tax wrong, Mina (the lady that did my tax) called me back and pretend that she concerned that i have to pay so much for my taxes so she fix something up and it lowers the price, she said that manager would have to look at it and called me back. Almost 2 weeks later i never received a single phone calls or email from them letting me know what is going on, I called them back 3 times to ask for an update and they gave me the same reason, the manager is out of town and she will look at it later. Seems to me the manager is never in town ? and Mina never feel like she should give me an email or a phone call at least to update me on things, they just kept me waiting without knowing anything. Seems like Liberty Tax Marion Office need to educate their staffs more on how to file taxes for different type of situations. If you're going to charge $420 for your service fee, the least you can do is not filing my taxes wrong .
